Pre-k Lead Teacher

($16-20/hour)

Position: Full-Time (Associates Degree or CDA Required)
Schedule: Monday - Friday,

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards.

- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and growth.

- Assess and document children’s progress through observations and portfolio development.

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, building strong relationships and partnerships.

- Supervise and guide assistant teachers to ensure consistency in instruction and care.

- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing regulations.

Assistant Teacher

Assistant Teacher

($14-16/hour)

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday,

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

- Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.

- Assist with supervising children to ensure a safe and positive classroom environment.

- Provide individualized attention to students to support learning and growth.

- Help maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to school policies and licensing requirements.

- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff to promote a collaborative community.

- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow as an educator by pursuing professional development opportunities.
